2026 Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Office Hours

On June 29, 2026, HRSA announced that FTCA Office Hours are available to support health centers working through the 2026 FTCA Redeeming application. Each Office Hours appointment is a 15-minute, one-on-one technical assistance session designed to answer your questions as you respond to application notices.

These sessions are open to FTCA-deemed health centers that received a Compliance Notice, as well as Primary Care Associations (PCAs) assisting eligible health centers.

To book a session, use their Calendly scheduling link, choose an open date and time, and have your H80 Grant Number on hand. You'll complete a short intake form that asks for your contact details, a quick summary of your topic, your top three questions, and the names and roles of everyone who will attend.

A few important things to keep in mind: Calendly will send an automatic confirmation to hold your time slot, but your appointment isn't officially set until West 4th Strategy reviews your intake form and follows up with a separate approval email. Health centers may hold only one session at a time. Finally, be sure to email a copy of your Compliance Notice to bphcftcaprogramsupport@west4thstrategy.com before your session can be confirmed.

Your RegLantern team stands ready to assist as well. Schedule a 15-minute free consulting meeting with our RegLantern FTCA experts today.
