Updated Federal Poverty Guidelines

Chapter 9: Sliding Fee Discount Program, Element e., Question 10 (SVP, p. 45), requires health centers to “incorporate the current FPG in the calculations for all of the discount pay classes in the health center’s current Sliding Fee Discount Scale(s).”

Recently, the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation released the new (Effective: January 13, 2021) Federal Poverty Guidelines posted here.
